Job Description:
Job Purpose Increase and improve customer contact by focusing on large numbers of smaller customers to improve market penetration. Job Responsibilities

  • Accountable for customer contact and penetration
  • Relationships at all levels for assigned accounts
  • Displacing competition at smaller accounts
  • Visit the large / medium size customers and develop a customer database of his area
  • Bring new conversion projects from liquid stoving paint to powder coatings and the execution of on going projects from liquid to stoving paints

Main tasks

  • Plan and execute customer visits on a daily basis
  • Report any pending issues / problems to Sales Manager
  • Assess reasons for competitor activity in assigned accounts and suggest
  • measures to improve Jotun’s penetration
  • Discuss with customers their needs for colour matches, new products, pricing
  • etc. and to coordinate with the Sales Manager
  • Visit accounts department as well as assigned accounts and maintain
  • coordination with Jotun accounts department to ensure timely collection
  • Prepare regular customer visit reports
